2.1 Course Start Date
Before Course Start (100% Refund)
Full refund if requested at least 7 days before course commencement
Within 7 Days of Start (80% Refund)
Partial refund (80% of course fee) if requested within first 7 days
After 7 Days (No Refund)
No refund available after 7 days from course start date
2.2 Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies
Full refund may be considered with proper medical documentation:
- Valid medical certificate required
- Must be submitted within 14 days of withdrawal
- Processing takes 5-7 business days
Relocation/Work Transfer
Partial refund (50%) may be considered with proof:
- Employer transfer letter required
- Relocation distance must be >50km
- Must be submitted within 21 days of withdrawal
